Is there an option to export word lists as HTML or PDF?

No. Wokabulary can export selected words or complete vocabularies in CSV format.

We think the CSV format is the most flexible and useful format for word lists. CSV files can be read by every vocabulary trainer as well as by Excel, Numbers, OpenOffice, all browsers and every text editor.

Tip: If you really need a PDF or HTML version, export the words as CSV, open that CSV in Excel or Numbers and export from there as HTML or PDF.
